How I’m feeling:
I was feeling a little bit disheartened by the scales not showing a weight loss but still feeling determined to stick with the diet. I absolutely know that stamina is the key but sometimes it is hard when the scales do not seem to appreciate how much I am trying. I tried on my favourite new pair of trousers again, which incidentally just slid on effortlessly, and my mood lifted. This is the real success.
Weight loss update:
Stayed the same as last week however keeping focused on my overall progress - Weight lost to date 8.5 kilos/1 stone 5lbs
Biggest challenge in the last week:
My kids came home with a delicious looking selection of home bakes from school, I told them I was tempted but they understand mummy is having her own special Temple Vie cupcakes. (I also remember my own baking days at school and how many “dodgy" ingredients can find their way into the finished product) - so Temple Vie saved me having to make any other excuses…
Biggest success in the last week:
Signed up for online yoga and dance classes and having made the commitment to do them I am delighted by how much I am really enjoying them both.
