Week 21: Rhoda's Weight Loss Diary

Rhoda – end of week 21


How I’m feeling:

I feel energised and motivated, really enjoying walking everyday, looking forward to trying some new recipes as I have started to enjoy experimenting with the Temple Vie pancake again!

Weight loss update:

Stayed the same, which I am happy about. I managed to be super organised and not go wild! Weight lost to date 8.5 kilos/1 stone 5lbs (5 inches lost from my waist)

Biggest challenge in the last week:

Turning down two invitations for dinner and one was an afternoon tea (if you are paying attention you will know they were my favs previously, hence why I could not get my jeans on!) Maybe need to try and create a Temple Vie style version.

Biggest success in the last week:

Wearing shorts! I need to tone up more but I did not feel as self-conscious as previously. I could not get them past my thighs last summer.
