Pauline – end of week 3 update

How I’m feeling:
Proud and determined.

Weight loss update:
Lost 1.7 kilos, total to date 3.6 Kilos

Biggest challenge in the last week:
I am a comfort eater and when ever I am stressed or upset, I would normally turn to junk food and so this week when I was faced with some difficult situations, I had to find alternatives to this.  As someone who has no idea how to do her own nails or toes my plan was to just go to the beauty salon and let them sort me for the wedding however as we all know right now that’s not possible so after speaking with some friends in the nail business they gave me advice on what I can do to start preparing and so I have put all my focus on doing this which has helped me manage to deal with my stress in a much healthier temple vie friendly way.

Biggest success in the last week:
My biggest success was also my biggest challenge managing my craving for comfort food as per above as this is a big step for me.

Jon - end of week 3 update

How I’m feeling:
Confident and energetic

Weight loss update:
Lost 3.3 kilos for the 2nd week in a row, total to date 7.5 Kilos

Biggest challenge in the last week:
Struggled a few times to get all sachets in. However I am making a more conscious effort now to do this.

Biggest success in the last week:
Getting the 1 stone mark in 3 weeks.
