Week 5: Pauline & Jon's Weight Loss Diary

Pauline - end of week 5

How I’m feeling:
Healthier with lots more energy

Weight loss update:
Lost 1.1 kilos, total to date 6.4 Kilos.

Biggest challenge in the last week:
Dealing with cravings for chocolate during my time of month.

Biggest success in the last week:
I saw my reflection in the television screen and it didn’t look half as bad as it did before.

Jon - end of week 5

How I’m feeling:
I have been a little bit under the weather this week.

Weight loss update:
No weigh in this week, total to date 9.4 Kilos.

Biggest challenge in the last week:
Resisting temptation when I felt under the weather and staying away from comfort food by focusing on how well I have done so far.

Biggest success in the last week:
I attempted to make another veg pie but this time instead of using mashed potato as topping I used pizza dough as a pie crust and it turned out really tasty.
